We had an excellent day yesterday at Dellar Hall, Senate House as the DELILA dissemination event. Over 60 delegates attended the event and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Ruth Stubbings, Deputy Chair of the CILIP Information Literacy Group agreed to Chair the day and we had a wide range of presentations and workshop sessions. In addition to sessions about the DELILA project, we also invited Dr Jane Hughes from UCL who is managing our sister project CPD4HE. We also had a presentation from Ella Mitchell and Cathy Walsh from the University of East London talking about the development of their Infoskills website, which is licensed under Creative Commons. We finished the day with a plenary session. There was a lively Twitter stream during the day (we use the tag #delila) and Sheila Webber has also written five blog posts about the event, here’s the first post.
